Terms and Conditions

By paying a deposit to secure a production slot, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Quote Validity
    Quotes are valid for 28 days from the date on the quote or the date of the email/message. After this period, any increase in costs will be applied to your final price. However, once a deposit has been received and a production slot secured, the quoted price is guaranteed against any price increases.
  2. Booking Fee and Cancellations
    A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to confirm your order, which reserves a production slot and locks in your quoted price. You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for a full refund, except when immediate production is required (for delivery within one calendar month). Cancellations after the 14-day window will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and any incurred expenses.
  3. Submission of Information
    All information for your invitations or orders must be submitted electronically via email or typed documents (e.g., Word). Handwritten notes, photographs, or screenshots are not accepted to ensure accuracy and avoid errors.
  4. Proof Approval
    After payment and sample booking, an electronic proof will be sent for your approval. It is your responsibility to check the layout, colours, spelling, and overall design. Once approved and printing has begun, any further changes will incur an additional charge per invitation.
  5. Shipping and Delivery
    Orders requiring postage will be shipped via Royal Mail (for packages under 2kg) or Parcelforce for larger orders. While I will provide a tracking number upon dispatch, I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays. Delivery tracking information will be shared with you once the invitations are sent.
  6. Order Accuracy
    Upon receiving your order, please review it to ensure everything is correct. Any discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours so they can be rectified promptly.
  7. Copyright and Liability
    I retain the copyright to all designs, which must not be copied by you or any third party. It's Eimear's Designs holds public liability and business insurance, and any liability is limited by the terms of this insurance policy.
  8. Additional Invitations
    Any additional invitations ordered after the initial batch will incur a £50.00 surcharge plus the cost of printing, as smaller print runs are more expensive. To avoid this, consider ordering a few extra invitations initially.
  9. Sample Print
    If you require a one-off printed sample before committing to a full print run, the cost is £25.00 per sample.
  10. Final Payment
    The remaining balance is due upon collection or prior to postage of your final order.
  11. Data Protection
    In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) introduced on 25th May 2018, your personal data is stored securely and used only for processing your order. Information is not shared with third parties except for delivery services. After your order is complete, your data is retained for bookkeeping purposes only.
  12. Communication
    It's Eimear's Designs will only contact you regarding your order. We do not send marketing emails or share your details with third parties.
  13. Use of Photographs
    I may use photographs of completed orders for promotional purposes, ensuring that personal information such as addresses and phone numbers are concealed to protect your privacy. If you have any concerns regarding the use of your personal data, feel free to contact me.
